The brand new argos 2009 catalogue hits the shelves with even lower prices and more choice than the last catalogue. Every time there is a new edition, there is a shopping frenzy, with bargain hunters galore searching through the pages to find the new stock and the promotional offers. Argos bring out a new catalogue every 6 months or so, so the next one will be out in July.
After having a quick look on their website, the new catalogue is selling LCD tv's for under £100, amongst many other price cuts. The selection is bigger, and with this credit crunch at the moment, and all high street traders suffering profit falls, the launch of this catalogue could not come at a better time for argos.
Argos is suffering to, with a dip in profits, so you can bet this new catalogue will have some pretty special deals in it, to get people buying again, and perhaps raise some profits and keep their staff in jobs. Don't forget that when ever a new edition comes out, there are also many discounted items in the clearance section, as argos tries to get rid of it's old stock.
